Friends,
I’m thrilled to announce that the 4th Annual MUSIC AMONG FRIENDS concert to benefit The Literacy Council is coming up on Sunday, June 12th at 4pm. It will take place at St. John Fisher Church, 3227 Newtown Road in Newtown, OH — a comfortable space with air conditioning and plenty of free parking.
The STELLAR lineup of musicians includes internationally renowned pianist Sandra Rivers, CSO members Steve Fryxell and Rebecca Kruger Fryxell, and other marvelous local musicians including Marjorie Fryxell, Benjamin Fryxell, guitarist Richard Goering, Annette Shepherd, Tom Schneider, and WGUC’s Sunday Baroque radio host & flutist Suzanne Bona.
Cincinnati Bengals Linebacker DHANI JONES is “Honorary Advocate” for this event!
Tickets are $20 for adults when purchased in advance, and can be purchased online.

If you prefer, you can send a check to the Literacy Council office at 756 Old St. Rt. 74 Cincinnati, OH 45245
Adult tickets purchased at the door will be $25; all student/child tickets are $15.
This year’s program promises to be particularly diverse and exciting — ranging from Mozart and Chopin to bossa nova.
All proceeds benefit the Literacy Council, a non-profit agency whose mission is to help adults learn to read and write.
With such an esteemed lineup of musicians, this promises to be a memorable musical experience.
I hope you will attend, and I encourage you to help spread the word.
Thanks!
